The Latin Recording Academy announced the second round of performers for the 2023 Latin Grammy Awards today (Oct. 24). The featured artists include Pablo Alborán, Edgar Barrera, Camilo, Juanes, and Ozuna. It also includes the first television performance of “Ella Baila Sola” with both Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma.
The newly-revealed wave of performers includes Pablo Alborán, who is up for five nominations, including Record of the Year for “Carretera y Manta,” Song of the Year for “Amigos” with Maria Becerra, and Best Pop Vocal Album for La Cu4arta Hoja. Edgar Barrera, nominated for a whopping 13 categories, will also perform during the event. Another performer is Camilo, up for seven awards, including Album of the Year for De Adentro Pa Afuera and Song of the Year for “NASA” with Alejandro Sanz.
Juanes, nominated for four awards, is also gracing the stage. Another performer is Ozuna, who is up for Best Reggaeton Performance for “Hey Mor” with Feid. Other performing artists include Manuel Carrasco, nominated for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, and Iza, nominated for Best Portuguese Language Urban Performance.
The upcoming prestigious award show will also feature the first-ever television performance of “Ella Baila Sola,” with Eslabon Armado and Peso Pluma sharing the stage. Eslabon Armado is nominated twice for Song of the Year and Best Regional Song.
Moreover, other spectacles include performances by this year’s Best New Artist nominees: Borja, Natascha Falcão, GALE, Paola Guanche, Joaquina, and León Leiden.
Last Thurs. (Oct. 19), the organization revealed their stellar hosts of the year. These include two Latine pop stars: Danna Paola and Sebastián Yatra. The singers will be accompanied by Roselyn Sánchez and Paz Vega. The first announcement of performers included Feid, Rauw Alejandro, Bizarrap, and more.
The 2023 Latin Grammys will take place at the Conference and Exhibition Centre (FIBES) stage in Seville, Spain, on Nov. 16. The broadcast will air live via Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión at 8 p.m. ET.
