Bizarrap stays busy in the studio. Following his genre-bending joint track with Peso Pluma, the Argentinian music producer released his newest collaboration, “BZRP Music Sessions #56,” alongside Rauw Alejandro. At the end of the video, the two artists revealed a second upcoming collaboration titled “Baby Hello” due on June 23.
“@rauwalejandro || BZRP Music Session #56 YA DISPONIBLE,” the prolific music producer announced online.
In “BZRP Music Sessions #56,” Bizarrap goes all in on Rauw’s synthpop and futuristic signature sounds. The blue-hued music video starts with Rauw coming in an astronaut helmet, completely in his Saturno-era fashion. The track embodies catchy synth-heavy, dance-pop, and electropop elements. Lyrically, Rauw talks about wanting to please his lover without feelings; an overall love song about giving in to temptations with no strings attached. Towards the end, the track speeds up and features more risqué lyrics like, “Llégale, que de lo demá’ yo me encargo / Después que le di en la cama me dejó un charco [Just get here, I’ll take care of the rest / After I gave it to her in bed she left me a puddle].”
“BZRP Music Sessions #56” follows Biza’s first Regional Mexican collaboration with Peso Pluma. Before then, he dropped a collaboration with Arcángel. Earlier this year, he undoubtedly left his mark with his session alongside Shakira, which broke records and made history. The latter collaboration was one of the reasons why he made TIME’s 2023 list of Next Generation Leaders, which highlighted 10 trendsetters and trailblazers “who are guiding the way to a brighter future.”
As for Rauw Alejandro, the futuristic tastemaker recently wrapped up the Mexican leg of his Saturno World Tour. His upcoming dates in September include performances in Spain, France, Poland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. He will end his tour in São Paulo, Brazil, on Nov. 2.
