The next frontier in Feid’s career is in footwear. The Colombian superstar is teaming up with sneakers brand Salomon for a partnership that has special meaning to him.

In his concerts and music videos, Feid is known for his casual and comfortable yet fashionable style. Feid has often jumped around the stage in Salomon sneakers. The French brand is worldwide thanks to its shoes and lifestyle wear that are ideal for the outdoors. Now Feid is the new global ambassador for Salomon and the brand’s first ambassador from the Americas. Feid’s real name is Salomón Villada Hoyos, so he’s long shared a special connection with the company.

“I have been a big fan of Salomon for a while and it’s so cool to see myself as an official member of the Salomon family,” he shared in a statement. “Salomon isn’t just a brand to me; it reflects my identity, my journey and my passion for creativity, and after all it’s also my name. Every step I’ve taken in my Salomons has been a step towards self-expression, confidence, and the unknown. Que chimba to take this journey with Salomon and [I’m] excited about the ways we can work together to inspire everyone worldwide to embrace their own unique style.”

In addition to being the face for Salomon, Feid has also revealed a few of his favorite sneakers from the brand. Through his personalized page on the Salomon website, he opens up his virtual closet. Among his preferred kicks are the XT-4 OG Aurora Borealis and the XT-Quest 2, both of which have a splash of his signature color green. Feid’s partnership with Salomon will also entail product collaborations, so there’s a lot more in the works.

Salomon will also join Feid on his upcoming Ferxxocalipsis Tour. The arena tour of the U.S. will kick off on Apr. 24 at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, CA.
